Database of College and University Scholarships for Men

Welcome to the database of college and university scholarships for men. It has been added under the “Help & Protection” menu above.

Although this database is incomplete, it is the most comprehensive and transparent list of such scholarships you will find anywhere. In light of this, I hope you’ll forgive the rather simple structure of the database for the present. As this site receives periodic upgrades, so too will this database.

A few notes before you search the database:

  • Some scholarships have requirements (such as GPA, demonstration of economic need, etc) which are not listed due to space concerns. Please check links fully.
  • Scholarship availability and web addresses change yearly. In order to minimize the number of broken links, this database directs users to an organization’s “scholarship page” (when available), rather than directly to year-specific downloadable applications which will be discarded by that organization over time.
  • While some organizations may have not yet updated their annual scholarship applications for the current academic year (which begins with the fall semester), this does not necessarily mean they have discontinued them. Many are only available during certain times of the year (such as the spring and early summer). If the listed scholarship program is egregiously out of date (a year or more), please inform this site.
  • Do not fill out any form that requires you to submit your social security number, credit card information, or asks you for a fee. Beware of scholarship scams. Click here to learn more.

Please help expand the database

This database is off to a good start, but it isn’t nearly complete. Key areas of expansion include sports-specific and military scholarships, among others. If you are aware of any scholarships that are not included in this list, are certain they are still offered, and have credible links to them, please help by informing this site via the comments section or the contact form.

General

The following scholarships are not limited by the factors listed on the other tabs of this database (area of study, region, race, etc).

Region/School

This section features scholarships for students who either attend or will be attending school in a certain region, or who have graduated high school in a certain region. The most famous of these is the Balanced Man Scholarship by Sigma Phi Epsilon, the application dates of which usually run from spring to early summer, and which are provided to numerous schools through local organizations. Since there is no national SPE database linking to these on the local level, I have done so here.
